A close friend referred me to Shae initially for tips on dating coaching and advice, and it turned out to be much more.  I am a 50 year old male, recently divorced after an almost 2 decade marriage.  I was seeking to understand more about life as a single guy and how I could maximize who I am in a new environment.  I started with an initial consultation with Shae which was followed by a 4 hour 1:1 session (2 sessions of 2 hrs. each) and later a 1:1 review of my style/wardrobe.
 
Following the 1:1 where I learned some new things that I haven't heard before from life coaches, etc. Shae sent me a 7-day Awakenings course, which was valuable.  Some highlights include the ability to revisit past experiences that may have been negative or traumatic, and objectively view them in the present.  These negative memories can therefore be rewritten in a different context.  Another example includes techniques to immediately address negative thoughts by counteracting with positive ones, and it in fact works!  
 
I would say that Shae is multifaceted in his approach.  It all starts with the core of self vs. what others or the 'audience' thinks of you.  From there, he can give advice on dating, engaging conversations with women, and style and how you present yourself.  I believe Shae has a unique perspective and strategies that are new, fresh, current, and effective.
